Documentation for Integrating and Using the CatchUp with Zoom

Adding the App

Follow these steps to integrate CatchUp with Zoom:

Method 1: Through the Main Menu

  1. Open the main menu of CatchUp.
  2. Select "Integrate Zoom & Meet".
  3. Click on the Zoom option.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Zoom account to link it.
  5. Once linked, the integration is complete.

Optional: To disconnect Zoom, click on the three dots next to the Zoom icon and select "Unlink".

Method 2: Through the Calendar

  1. Navigate to the calendar section of CatchUp.
  2. Choose the desired meeting type.
  3. Select Zoom as the meeting location.
  4. If the Zoom integration is not already set up, the app will prompt you to connect Zoom.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your Zoom account to link it.
  6. Once linked, the integration is complete.

Usage

Scheduling a Zoom Meeting

Steps:

  1. Open the calendar in CatchUp.
  2. Select the type of meeting you want to schedule.
  3. Choose Zoom as the meeting location.
  4. Complete the meeting details and save the event.

Removing the App

To remove CatchUp from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for CatchUp.
  3. Select CatchUp from the list.
  4. Click Remove.
